Korina Christiene Reyes, also known as “KC”, was born and raised at City of San Fernando, Pampanga. She is the eldest among the 3 siblings. She is currently a Realtor, Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Consultant. Her mission is to help more people and investors in maximizing their real estate investments in her home country, Philippines.

This 27-year old Beauty Queen started joining beauty pageants since she was 12 years old. Having been exposed to several beauty pageants locally and nationally, she was blessed to be given the platform to improve herself at such an early age and give back to others through her talents and skills. She was Miss University of the Philippines 2009 and Mutya ng Sinukwan Pampanga 2012.

She loves playing the drums and dancing her heart out during her free time. She is also passionate about public speaking and leadership.

She graduated B.S. Business Management at the University of the Philippines Diliman Clark Campus. After she graduated, she landed Top 7 among the 2,000+ takers of the Real Estate Appraisal Board Exam nationwide. She successfully landed her first job in Ayala Land, one of the leading Real Estate Developers in the country. She worked as a Marketing and Research Associate where her analytical skills in Business Development were honed.

After 2 years, she eventually took the plunge and joined her dream national pageant, Miss Philippines Earth 2016. She did no want to live with regrets in the past. She did not want to face herself in the future and say “I wish I did or I wish I were”. There are no “What if’s”, only “What is”.

It was a heartbreaking experience for her that she did not win the crown. She was one of the early favorites but fate led her otherwise. It was indeed a blessing in disguise though because after this, it opened up a lot of opportunities for her. She used her training in personality development, fitness, communication, social etiquette and the soft skills such as discipline, work ethics and time management to be her springboard in the field of Real Estate.

She became a full time entrepreneur and is now the Managing Partner of their Family Business in Real Estate, M.F. Reyes Realty. Blossoming in her own field in the Brokerage and Real Estate Consultancy field. She loves sharing her ideas and experience to their sales partners and honing them to be Real Estate advisers with a heart.

She is the youngest President in the City of Angeles Toastmasters Club. Toastmasters International is a group where leaders are made. It is a safe place to help you practice your communication skills and develop your leadership skills.

It is also her passion to host corporate events. She does it on the side as she loves mingling with like minded people and learning from them. Majority of the events she hosted were Book Launches and Corporate Events (on which one of the major clients is Clark Mariott Hotel).

This 2020, she passed her most recent Licensure Exam for Real Estate Consultancy with flying colors. Real Estate Consultancy is known to be the highest accolade any Real Estate professional could have, aside from being a Real Estate Developer. She ranked Top 7 and became the youngest Real Estate Consultant in the Philippines to date.

KC dreams to host her own Real Estate TV and Lifestyle Show in the future. She is also dreaming to be a Real Estate Developer. KC has the passion to empower her fellow women to bloom to the fullest and pursue the path where God leads them so they can maximize their skills and talents. She has started to reach out to tribes of women to empower, equip and arm them with the right mindset and inspire them to become better by sharing her own personal stories of struggles turned into stories of transformation.

Apart from all these achievements, KC attributes all her successes, as well as her challenges, to the one and only God Almighty. Apart from Him, she is nothing.
