Shameel is the current Treasurer of the Young Entrepreneurs of Pampanga (YEP). She graduated from University of Santo Tomas in 2014 with a degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Biological Sciences. After graduation, she worked as a finance officer in their family businesses both in CTK Farm and Evegonz General Merchandise and Trading. After years of experience, she became the general manager of both family businesses.

Aside from being active in YEP, she is also part of the San Fernando Fil-Chi Youth community, where she serves as a President from 2016-2019. She is also a licensed real estate broker, a licensed non-life insurance agent and a licensed professional teacher.
