Paolo is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Young Entrepreneurs of Pampanga (YEP). He graduated from Ateneo de Manila University in 2011 with a major degree in Management Economics and a minor degree in Financial Management. After graduation, he worked as a financial reporting analyst in Citibank, Makati City. Currently, he is an Executive Vice President and a director of Bank of Florida (BOF) in Pampanga. He is also currently taking up his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.

Aside from being active in YEP, Paolo is also active in rural banking organizations wherein he served as President of Pampanga Federation of Rural Banks (PFRB) and as Secretary of Confederation of Central Luzon Rural Banks (CCLRB), both for fiscal year 2018-2019. He is also a licensed real estate broker and a licensed real estate appraiser.
